We ship our cookies via UPS Ground, 2-day or 3-day services. All packages are sent from New Jersey.

You may track your package through our website. If a package doesn't arrive, please call or email us. If a package is returned to us we will contact you. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address that has been supplied by the sender. Please confirm shipping addresses before submitting.

We process orders as soon as they are placed and give priority to those received first. If a particular date is not available, we will email you with alternative dates. If you know you will need an order at a future date, please order it as soon as you have the information.

Please make sure to include a phone number and email address with your order in case we need to reach you about any problems.
