We ship our cookies via US Post Office Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days but can not guarantee an exact arrival date. Since cookies are perishable, we recommend UPS service for any deliveries west of the Mississippi. All packages are sent from New Jersey.

If a package has to arrive on a specific date we recommend UPS 2 day or 3 day services. There will be an additional shipping cost for these methods.

If a package doesn't arrive, please call or email us. If a package is returned to us we will contact you.

We process orders as soon as they are placed and give priority to those received first. If a particular date is not available, we will email you with alternative dates. If you know you will need an order at a future date, please order it as soon as you have the information.

Please make sure to include a phone number and email address with your order in case we need to reach you about any problems.

If you would like to place multiple orders, please call or email us for an electronic order form. We are also happy to provide a fax number if you would prefer to fax your list.

December is a very busy month! Please place any orders to be sent in December as soon as possible so that we can guarantee they will be sent on the day you request.
